A session lasts for around an hour but on occasions might go on for 1½ hrs if appropriate, and takes the form of light conversation taking place via Skype/Zoom/WhatsApp/Facetime or whatever works for you. We’re pretty flexible and we want you to have the best experience. It doesn’t make sense to stop you mid-flow if you’re gaining some really helpful personal insights.
And if you get what you need after just one or more sessions, then of course we’ll refund the balance of the remaining sessions – guaranteed. Some clients have experienced a major shift in the first 20-30 minutes!
